Assembly was challenging
I bought two of these for my twins. The product works fine and they seem to enjoy it. My main beef is with the assembly. I do not understand why they made it so difficult to put this thing together--maybe rising wages in China make them cut out the frills... but attaching the back of the roof requires drilling a screw through plastic at a 90 degree angle with not enough room to use a power drill.

This does come with an extra wheel cap but in case you make a mistake with assembly (which is easy to do) or break the cap (also easy), rather than paying shipping from Little Tikes you can buy these at your local box store and save yourself some money-- though get the white colored one and not the red as the red is smaller than what is needed.

Great toy, but impossible to assemble
The toy is wonderful once assembled. Our two kids (1 and 3 year old) both love it. But it's impossible to assembly, even though we already followed the instruction video from little tikes.

We should not have bought this toy car seeing all the reviews about how hard it is to assemble. But we thought it's just the instruction manual that is horrible, and if we follow the video, it would be fine. It's not the case.

The 4 columns are terribly difficult to assemble. My husband and I both hurt ourselves while assembling it. It's probably a problem of workmanship. One of the 4 columns was easy to fit in just like in the video. The other 2 are hard, but still possible to fit in. And neither of us could put the rear right column into the roof. No matter what we do, it just would not go in. We ended up leaving it not pushed in. But we screwed down the left column so the whole thing hold together.

We would seriously avoid buying toys from little tikes that require assembly from now on. It's a shame, as there are really lots of very nice toys from little tikes. But we doubt if we would be able to assemble those.

Grandson and other children love!!
Purchased for grandson first birthday, Loves already and feel will enjoy for years. Children at party of all ages were excited and getting in fire truck!!!! Will learn in years how to navigate alone. Smiles to all when this is ridden in.

Little Tikes Ride and Rescue Cozy Coupe 30th AnniversaryThis is one of the cutest little fire toys and my son being the fireman that he is with five little girls, they just love it! It is a darling little car and they enjoy riding in it and playing with it!

Just got it together!
Yikes! It took my husband 3 1/2 hours to put this toy together! He had all sorts of problems. There weren't even holes for the screws. He had to grab his drill and drill his own holes! The set of holes for the little "radio/siren" had to be drilled to make them bigger so the "radio/siren's" little brackets could be pushed through to hold. There are 35 steps to put this coupe together. Come on Little Tykes, make these easier for us!

I can't comment on the fun my grandson will have with this fire mobile yet because he hasn't had time to use it, but I'll let you know if it was worth the battle of putting it together.

It's two days later and my 15 month old grandson, Aiden, is really enjoying this little coupe! He keeps getting in it and out of it and opening and closing the door, and pressing the siren buttons. He just looks like a little boy sales person making lots of sales calls! :)
